Items can not be refunded unless an error has been made by ourselves, or item is faulty. You may exchange if wrong size has been ordered. Buyer must cover postage.

Item will be ready for collection or ready to be posted within 21 working days. If you require sooner please message us direct and not put it in the notes / special requirements as this may not be seen in time.
